Leads Edulegal.

He has advised the Ministry of Education in a wide range of subjects. He advised the drafting and issuance of Directive No. 5 providing a guideline to return to schools during the pandemic. Likewise, he has supported the Ministry in various negotiations with the Teachers Union (FECODE).

He advises kindergartens, schools, universities, and other educational institutions in the compliance with the applicable regulations.

He also represents different clients in litigation in judicial and administrative proceedings in matters of child protection, civil liability, amongst other issues.

Before founding Edulegal, he was an associate at Brigard & Urrutia Abogados, where he was recognized by Chambers Latin America as Associate to Watch, later he served as legal advisor to the Deputy Minister of Education, where he led the regulatory process between 2014 and 2016.
